Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the USA. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders over a qualifying amount.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number on our website to monitor your order's progress.

International Orders

Please note that for international orders, customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your order. Please review our refund guidelines below:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right

Notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear written statement via our contact page, or by submitting a return request through your customer account.

Refunds

  • We will refund the purchase price plus the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. If you selected an upgraded shipping option, only the standard delivery rate will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original transaction.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.
